Our Approach
In 1989 Spencer started with a new packaging company, Alliance Packaging System, as a tool repair technician. Over the next 20 years he grew the service department to service pneumatic strapping tools, electric strapping tools, strapping heads, strapping machines, stretch wrap machines, tape machines and many other types of industrial packaging equipment.
In 2009 Spencer and his wife Tina started Atlas Tool and Machine Service, selling and serving industrial packaging equipment. In 2010 Spencer and Tina’s oldest son Jonny joined the company as a strapping tool technician. With Jonny’s addition, Atlas Tool and Machine Service can now offer inside service as well as on sight service.
